Miles from anywhere. Our 72-acre ranch is a true escape from the daily grind and realities of life. Your only job while you are here is to do nothing, and enjoy every minute of it. Nap in a hammock in the breeze. Stare at the fire with a cup of hot cocoa. Watch shooting stars from the hot tub. Enjoy a quiet hike through the trees to watch the antelope play or an evening stroll to visit the goats and feed our Longhorns. It’s time to escape to one of our tiny homes in Texas.
Your romantic getaway at any of our small homes and cottages has been carefully designed to offer you a private, relaxing experience surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Hear that? It’s peace and quiet.

"If you are looking for a peaceful, romantic getaway this is it! Very unique beautiful house, the owners have the best hospitality possible.
We highly recommend!"
Our ranch is located about an hour outside of San Antonio in the southern part of the Texas Hill Country. We are about 12 miles from Tarpley, 16 miles from Hondo & 27 miles from Bandera. We are 13 miles from Hill Country State Natural Area.
Nearby, is the small town of Tarpley, famous for its one restaurant – “Mac & Ernie’s” featured on multiple episodes of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.” The Hill Country State Natural Area is just a few miles west and offers great hiking and biking trails.
Take a scenic drive to Lost Maples State Park or to the small towns of Bandera, Utopia, and Vanderpool. You’ll find a few great restaurants, antique shops, rivers, and some fun events nearby. There’s so much to do and see with these tiny homes in Texas as your homebase.
